Juhayna has participated in Ahlan Ramadan fair for low-price commodities for the seventh year under corporate social responsibility (CSR).
The fair – which is held from March 24 until April 1 – is organized by the Ministry of Supply in tandem with the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce (FEDCOC).
The fair – under the auspices of Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli – witnessed the participation of 175 companies and the number is expected to rise to 250.
The fair aims to provide all food commodities at low price during the holy fasting month of Ramadan in a bid to alleviate the burdens on people and control markets after price hikes during the past period.
Passant Fouad, External Communications Director of Juhayna, said “We are proud to participate in the largest fair of its kind in Egypt for the seventh straight year, thus representing one of key communication means with our customers.”
The company’s participation in the fair falls within the framework of its continued interest in alleviating the burdens on people as well as supporting state efforts to protect most needy social strata, she said.
She noted that this helps to secure strategic commodities and stabilize prices, thus contributing to improving the performance of various sectors and enhancing the national economy’s infrastructure.
