Amr Nader, CEO of A³&Co, said that green supply chains represent the backbone of Egypt’s strategy to confront climate change and achieve sustainable development.
He added that integrating green supply chain practices and eco-friendly materials into companies’ operations has become essential for realizing sustainable development.
He made the remarks during the 15th Egypt CSR and Sustainable Development Forum (15th Egypt CSR Forum) which was held from May 7 to 10.
He highlighted the importance of investing in renewable materials and adopting innovative technologies to assess environmental impact and improve operational efficiency in order to achieve sustainability.
He emphasized that these practices not only enhance competitiveness and yield rewarding investment returns, but also require precise strategies to overcome the transition-relevant challenges.
