Mohamed Sekkina, General Manager of Talabat Egypt, said the company is continuously working on improving the conditions of its delivery staff within the framework of its corporate social responsibility (CSR).
He added that Talabat Egypt was at the forefront of companies that prioritized providing insurance for temporary workers, in addition to offering training opportunities for couriers to develop their skills.
He said the company currently have about 30,000 delivery personnel who contribute to providing services to customers, noting that the goal is to ensure fast and efficient delivery.He made the remarks during the third Egypt Business Solutions Forum under the theme “Creativity is the Key to Sustainability”. The event is sponsored by Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouli, along with the ministries of Environment, Youth, and Sports, as well as the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI).
