Rowad Modern Engineering, USAID program organize anti-violence women training

Rowad Modern Engineering has teamed up with the USAID Women’s Economic and Social Empowerment Program – implemented by Pathfinder International – to organize a special Anti-VAWand Social Empowerment training session.

The session was meant to enhance the well-being of girls and women in the company’s workforce in collaboration with SAFE Egypt.

The goal of this training session was to raise awareness about gender-based discrimination and ViolenceAgainst Women, VAW in all its forms, providing its female team members with the knowledge and tools to effectively respond to challenges.

Rowad Modern Engineering also educated them about the reporting systems available both within its organization and beyond.

During this insightful 3-hour session, the Program covered a range of important topics, including Perspectives on Gender Equity, Identifying Discrimination, Emotional Well-being, Self-Love, and Empowerment.

By equipping its female colleagues with knowledge and confidence, Rowad Modern Engineering aims to create a more inclusive and supportive work environment. Together, the company is breaking down barriers and building a brighter future.
