Nasr: Gates Developments prioritizes sustainability
CEO of Gates Developments Hassan Nasr said the company is prioritizing the sustainability file and seeks to realize environmental and technological sustainability.
In statements to CSR Egypt, he said the real estate sector has witnessed a remarkable leap over the past period and this contributed to achieving high growth rates in light of the state’s interest in expanding urban projects and establishing new urban communities.
He added that Gates Developments is preparing a powerful investment plan in the real estate sector.
He expounded that the company will work on developing a number of distinguished projects in the coming period.
He said the Egyptian market can absorb more real estate projects, highlighting that the Egyptian real estate market is resilient and can overcome obstacles in view of the Egyptian government’s support for the real estate sector which is the locomotive of the Egyptian economy.
He added that the west Cairo area became extremely attractive to real estate investments for implementing projects within the coming 10 years.
He made the remarks on the back of launching Space Commercial Complex project in west Cairo at EGP 5 billion investments.
