Carrefour Egypt to launch four charitable initiatives in Ramadan

Carrefour Egypt director Philippe Peguilhan said Carrefour plans to launch four charitable initiatives during the holy fasting month of Ramadan in 2022.

In statements, he said Carrefour Egypt will cooperate with the Egyptian Food Bank in one of the initiatives.

The Majid Al-Futtaim Retail has invested EGP 2.3 billion to date in Egypt, he said, adding that it plans to inject an additional EGP 250 million into the Egyptian market this year.

He added that Carrefour Egypt has appointed about 200 disabled persons during the past period.
