Rami Youssef, the CEO of the New City Developments which is one of leading real estate companies in Egypt, said the company is realizing a breakthrough in the real estate sector through disseminating the culture of sustainable development in Egypt.
The company seeks to spread awareness about means of upgrading the traditional patterns of real estate industry, he said in exclusive statements.
Youssef said the real estate market seeks to bridge the gap between the aspirations of the clients and their needs and the market purchasing power.
He noted that clients always search for suitable prices and high-level services, expounding that these are the main motivators for purchasing new housing units.
Youths represent the largest percentage of Egyptian people and they are the catalyst of the real estate market, he noted.
It is worth mentioning that the company launched a new housing project in the Sixth of October city at EGP 2.5 billion investments.
The new project aims at establishing 3,800 housing units on 120 feddans.
The four-stage project will be finalized within four years.
