Misr Italia Properties Co-CEO Mohamed Khaled El Assal said corporate social responsibility of real estate companies is very important, especially in such crucial stage in the history of the Egyptian economy.
In statements to CSR Egypt, El Assal said the company contributed to building three schools within the framework of its CSR strategy.
He said the company backs the educational process through establishing up-to-date schools as education is a top priority for Misr Italia Properties.
Meanwhile, he noted that Misr Italia Properties is the first private real estate developer that handed over the first stage of its project in the New Administrative Capital.
He accentuated that the New Administrative Capital is not only the most important comprehensive real estate project in Egypt, but also in the Middle East as a whole.
Misr Italia Properties injected a total of EGP 16 billion investments into its Il Bosco compound which is located at the heart of the New Administrative Capital.
The 207-feddan Il Bosco compound is the largest eco-friendly project established by the company. It looks over the Green River which is one of the largest central parks in the world.
Misr Italia Properties has been at the forefront of real estate companies in Egypt over the past years with its investments valued at EGP 68 billion.
The company’s pioneering projects include Il Bosco, Vinci and Vinci Street in the New Administrative Capital as well as La Nouva Vista, Garden 8 and Cairo Business Park in New Cairo.
The leading projects also comprise Kai Sokhna, Kai Sahel, Hilton Kai Sokhna and Hilton Garden Inn.
