The Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank-Egypt (ADCB-Egypt) launched a number of initiatives which aim at supporting the community during the holy fasting month of Ramadan.
The ADCB-Egypt decided to donate 1% of the value of any credit card transaction during April for the Nile Al-Amal Hospital or “Nile of hope” – which is the first hospital specialized in pediatric congenital anomalies surgeries.
The bank’s employees also decided to offer morale support for the hospital through visiting the hospital to decorate it during Ramadan in order to put a smile on the face of sick children.
The bank is keen to play a social role in various walks of life. Therefore, the bank’s employees also participated in distributing about 10,000 Iftar meals during the first week of Ramadan.
This fell within the framework of the bank’s initiative for offering Iftar meals for needy people during the holy month.
