Petroleum Minister Tareq Mulla witnessed the inking of a memorandum of understanding between Shell Egypt and the National Training Academy (NTA) to integrate Shell NXplorer program for sustainable solutions in the NTA’s training programs.
The memo is meant to enhance cooperation in order to hone skills of youths and make use of Shell program in training NTA employees.
Shell Egypt and the NTA will work on bolstering bilateral cooperation in the field of entrepreneurship in sustainable environment and transition to clean energy scores in accordance with the sustainable development goals of Egypt Vision 2030.
The memo falls within the framework of Shell’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plans which focus on upskilling Egyptian youths.
It is worth mentioning that Shell Egypt is one of the pioneering companies in the CSR domain. The company believes that Egyptian youths are the most important factor for Egypt’s progress.
The company offers a package of social investment programs which aim at realizing sustainable development in the Egyptian community.
