The establishment of El Sewedy &amp; Banque Misr Technical Academy comes in consistent with SCZONE demand by qualifying trained workers for various industrial and logistical projects, as the academy is based on %80 practical training in partner factories and 20% for theoretical education. El Sewedy &amp; Banque Misr Technical Academy provides dual education programs (technical and vocational training) for students, which represent an added value to SCZONE by preparing qualified human cadres according to the highest international standards, especially \u00a0the future industries such as the green fuel industry and its complementary industries, the manufacture of electrolyzers, solar panels and others, in light of SCZONE\u2019s aspiration to be a regional hub for this industry due to its capabilities that enable it to manufacture, export and take the lead of green bunkering in the MENA region.\u201d Waleid Gamal El-Dien, Chairman of SCZONE stated.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cThe establishment of a new branch of<a href=\"https:\/\/sta.edu.eg\/en\/\"> El Sewedy Technical Academy (STA)<\/a> comes within the framework of El Sewedy Electric\u2019s vision to support and develop the technical education system in Egypt in addition to providing trained human cadres according to the latest international standards in education systems. This is meant to cater for the growing demand for this type of education which is needed in the labor market and supports the industrial sector in Egypt in line with the efforts of Egypt in this regard.\u201d Said Eng. The Bank is also keen on providing young cadres with a high-quality educational service, which contributes to the provision of skilled technical manpower required to support strategic fields and industries to raise productivity and quality. This is achieved by taking advantage of innovative technical education and vocational training programs delivered according to advanced international standards, with a systematic focus on competency methodology. I would like to restate that education and youth are the engines of growth. Developing the skills of young cadres in line with emerging developments affecting the labor market is the ideal solution for the advancement of societies. The establishment of El Sewedy and Banque Misr Technical Academy, followed by El Sewedy Technical University, whose second branch is planned to be established in SCZONE in the coming period, will make SCZONE a meeting place for vocational and technological education, which will contribute to creating an integrated society and pushing more investment opportunities.\u201d Eng.
