These include equal pay for work of equal value, gender-responsive supply chain practices, and a zero-tolerance policy against any type of harassment in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">FHH is a recognized regional leader when it comes to supporting and empowering women in the workplace. The group provides numerous benefits to women across the company, including unrivaled maternity and paid menstrual leaves, exceptional workplace flexibility, and a wealth of professional support and mentorship designed to cultivate a working environment where women can thrive.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Commenting on the occasion, CEO of Fine Hygienic Holding (FHH) James Michael Lafferty said \u201cI am a firm supporter of the UN Women\u2019s Empowerment Principles, as I believe that organizations that embody these principles are not only demonstrating important values, but will undoubtedly achieve positive business outcomes as a result of these principles. At FHH, we have already put this commitment into action\u2014and the results have been extraordinary. In particular, we are exceptionally proud of how we have empowered and promoted women into senior leadership roles: in a six-month period, we went from women without representation in senior leadership to women now holding 30 percent of such positions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cWe welcome Fine Hygienic Holding as a signatory to the Women\u2019s Empowerment Principles.
