Through myeducation, associates will have access to more than 100 flexible education and upskilling programs from highly reputable schools and universities. PepsiCo will cover 100% of tuition costs, books, and fees for a wide variety of education programs within the debt-free catalog, in addition to its established tuition reimbursement program.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">myeducation was designed through a partnership with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pepsico.guildeducation.com\/partner?utm_campaign=ta-launch_pepsico_02.22.2022&amp;utm_medium=website&amp;utm_source=employer\">Guild Education<\/a>, the nation\u2019s leading education and upskilling platform, and furthers the company\u2019s pep+ (PepsiCo Positive) commitment. pep+ is a strategic end-to-end transformation with sustainability at the center of how the company will create growth and value by operating within planetary boundaries and inspiring positive change for the planet and people.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cAs the workforce changes, PepsiCo is committed to making sure our associates grow with it, not just for the benefit of our organization, but also to build and support the communities in which we operate,\u201d said Ronald Schellekens, Chief Human Resources Officer at PepsiCo. \u201cBy investing in targeted upskilling programs for in-demand roles and providing access to opportunities for higher learning, we can help ensure a future ready workforce.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Education paths offered within the debt-free catalog include:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Foundational learning opportunities, such as high school completion, college prep courses, and English language learning classes<\/li>\n<li>Undergraduate degrees in high-growth areas like business, operations and supply chain, data analytics, technology, and more<\/li>\n<li>Trade upskilling programs to gain new skills, such as obtaining a Commercial Driver&#8217;s License (CDL) for in-demand roles<\/li>\n<li>Bootcamps and certificates in business-aligned areas that can be completed with a smaller time investment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cI always wanted to learn how to drive and if I didn&#8217;t jump on that decision, I possibly would regret it because I didn&#8217;t know if it would come around again,\u201d said Khaliah Mizell, PepsiCo\u2019s CDL Pilot Program Graduate and Frito-Lay CDL driver. \u201cSometimes even if you&#8217;re kind of nervous about making a big leap or taking a different path in life, you just have to take that leap of faith and you can&#8217;t be scared.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cOur frontline employees are the driving force of PepsiCo, ensuring consumers always have the products they want, anywhere they shop,\u201d said Steven Williams, Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Foods North America. \u201cWe want to provide all employees with access and opportunities to further their careers by expanding their individual skill sets. myeducation is one of many ways we are investing in our people, greatly impacting the communities we serve.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cmyeducation embodies PepsiCo\u2019s commitment to its employees, offering flexible education options that will make a significant impact in individual career paths,\u201d said Kirk Tanner, Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Beverages North America. \u201cThe program gives our frontline team members a competitive advantage to transform their careers and livelihoods, while helping PepsiCo strengthen the communities we serve.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">PepsiCo\u2019s continued success depends on its associates flourishing, and investing in new programs, such as myeducation, to support their continued growth and fulfillment will allow them to make a positive impact at work, at home and in their local communities.
