{"id":71533,"date":"2021-10-15T23:47:52","date_gmt":"2021-10-15T21:47:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.csregypt.com\/?p=71533"},"modified":"2021-10-15T23:50:37","modified_gmt":"2021-10-15T21:50:37","slug":"kadri-adcb-boosted-its-e-services-by-50-during-coronavirus-crisis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/csregypt.com\/en\/kadri-adcb-boosted-its-e-services-by-50-during-coronavirus-crisis\/","title":{"rendered":"Kadri: ADCB boosted its e-services by 50% during coronavirus crisis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Head of Communications, Sustainability and Customer Satisfaction of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adcb.com\/en\/personal\/\">Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB)<\/a> In\u00e8s Kadri said the bank has managed to boost its e-services by 50 percent during the coronavirus crisis.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">She said digital transformation is part and parcel of financial inclusion and all Egyptian banks are moving ahead in this direction<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">She made the remarks during a symposium on<em> \u201c<\/em>digital transformation and future of e-commerce\u201d which was organized by the Edge Innovation Center \u2013 an affiliate to the Raya Smart Buildings<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Although the coronavirus crisis had a negative impact, it had its positive effect in promoting technological banking services, she said.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">The pandemic crisis has also contributed to highlight the key role played by the banks under <a href=\"https:\/\/www.csregypt.com\/en\/etisalat-misr-spent-egp-15-million-on-csr-in-2020-2021\/\">corporate social responsibility (CSR)<\/a> since the commencement of the crisis, she said, referring to the banks\u2019 support to the health sector.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>She said the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) and the entire banking sector played a pivotal role during the past period to promote financial inclusion.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Head of Communications, Sustainability and Customer Satisfaction of the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) In\u00e8s Kadri said the bank has managed to boost its e-services by 50 percent during the coronavirus crisis.
