The Cultural Development Fund took the decision to get the largest number of craftsmen to benefit from the grants offered by the fund.<\/p>\n
The initiative also aims to train a new generation of craftsmen to the traditional handicrafts, like hand-made potteries and Khayamiya \u2013 which is\u00a0a type of decorative appliqu\u00e9 textile historically used to decorate tents across the Middle East.<\/p>\n
