Climeworks<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0Solutions has signed 14 new carbon removal partnerships in the first half of 2026, marking its strongest six-month performance to date with agreements covering approximately 450,000 tons of carbon dioxide removal (<\/a>CDR).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The partnerships span a diversified portfolio of carbon removal pathways, including Biochar, Bioenergy with Carbon Capture and Storage (BECCS), Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW), Afforestation, Reforestation and Revegetation (ARR), and Direct Air Capture (DAC).<\/div>\n

Corporate demand broadens:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The new agreements reflect an expanding buyer base across sectors and geographies. Customers operate in\u00a0banking, aviation, healthcare, luxury, retail and technology, with each company generating more than\u00a0$5 billion in annual revenue\u00a0as organizations increasingly integrate carbon removal into their net-zero strategies.<\/p>\n

Several partnerships have already been announced, while others are expected to be disclosed in the coming months.<\/p>\n

Among the newly announced agreements are Climeworks Solutions’ first partnerships with\u00a0Tapestry, a North American retail and consumer goods group;\u00a0NTT DATA, marking its first portfolio agreement with a major AI infrastructure company; and\u00a0TD Bank, its first Canadian financial services partnership.<\/p>\n

Growing corporate portfolio:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Climeworks Solutions said it now serves\u00a0more than 200 companies globally, including many that are part of the\u00a0Forbes Global 2000. Based on current market estimates, the company said more than half of all Forbes Global 2000 companies purchasing high-quality carbon removal solutions partner with Climeworks Solutions.<\/p>\n

“In just two years, Climeworks Solutions has established itself as a leader in this space by combining the best engineered and nature-based removals into diversified portfolios, while maintaining a strong focus on delivery, transparency and reliability,” said Adrian Siegrist, Chief Commercial Officer at Climeworks. “Building on over a decade of leadership in Direct Air Capture and a world-class scientific team, we are helping shape the market for high-quality carbon removal.”<\/p>\n

Focus on reliable delivery:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Alongside growing demand, Climeworks Solutions said it achieved a\u00a0100% delivery rate\u00a0across its portfolios in 2025, reinforcing its focus on delivery and reliability. The company said the new agreements build on that track record and highlight the importance of dependable execution as the carbon removal market continues to mature.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
