L’Oréal Egypt sponsors the 11th Forum of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability in Egypt (11th CSR Forum) which is due to be held in Cairo on November 8.
L’Oréal Egypt sponsors the event in line with the group’s 2030 vision under the theme of “L’Oréal for the Future”.
“L’Oreal for the Future” is based on three main axes; internal transformation process, empowering the group’s business ecosystem, and contributing to solving the challenges of the world.
Under L’Oréal vision 2030, the company will support its suppliers and partners to adopt more sustainable solutions.
The company has allocated 150 million euros to contribute to confronting international challenges and curbing the negative impact on the environment and communities where it operates.
Benoit Julia, Country Managing Director of L’Oréal Egypt, will hold a press conference of the fringe of the 11th CSR Forum.
The 11th CSR Forum will be held under the rubric of “Sustainability from Adoption to Localization..On Road to Recovery”.
The get-together is meant to support the Egyptian state’s efforts to achieve sustainable development.
The event offers a chance for all parties concerned to engage in effective partnership to accelerate the recovery process and push forward the march of development.
The forum raises several important questions on means of localizing the sustainable development goals and the best mechanisms for achieving tangible results that positively affect countries, individuals and companies.
The event will also tackle means of dealing with the problems of financing development; securing needed finance for recovery; the best financial tools for confronting climate change impact; and criteria for selecting the best projects that deserve to be bankrolled.
