Coldwell Banker – Egypt, the pioneer in the investment and Real Estate Marketing, will participate in Tiba Scape; a mega Real Estate exhibition, which is due to take place held under the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi in the period from the 26th till the 29th of May in Mississauga, Ontario.
Mohamed Saada, Executive Vice President and Vice Chairman of Coldwell Banker – Egypt, said “We certainly take pride in our participation in the Tiba Scape exhibition, especially that it serves as a crucial milepost in the journey of expansions carried out by Egypt within this esteemed sector.”
Saada added “We are always keen on taking part in such events that promote new cities and national projects. We also know for a fact that Tiba Scape comes off as a promising investment opportunity that should be exploited by all the Real Estate developers to market their projects abroad.”
Coldwell Banker-Egypt have been always trying to keep abreast of the incessant development occurring in the Real Estate sector worldwide, as well as harmonizing with Egypt’s orientation towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), together with Egypt’s 2030 vision.
During the exhibition, Coldwell Banker-Egypt will showcase several new projects through its client network, which includes more than 100 Real Estate developers.
The exhibition will witness the participation of the most prominent, Egyptian developers in North America, namely Al Ahly Sabbour, Palm Hills Development, and Corner Stone, in addition to approximately 20,000 visitors.
It will be held under the auspices of the Ministry of Immigration, along with the Egyptian Embassy in Canada, with the aim of upholding the activities that serve all the Egyptians abroad.
Additionally, the exhibition aims to support Egypt’s Real Estate export initiative, which recently ensued from the investment revolution that occurred within the sector.
Tiba Scape also hones in on meeting the increasing demand for the Egyptian Real Estate in Canada, linking the Egyptians in North America with their homeland, as well as achieving joint cooperation between Egypt and Canada in various sectors such as trade and tourism.
The event will present a myriad of potential investment opportunities in Egypt to the international visitors and to the Egyptian expatriates residing in North America.
