United Nations Secretary General António Guterres has set a new call for climate change which is a major challenge.
Guterress made the remarks in a brief video wired by the United Nations Environment Program about his visit to the UN HQ in Nairobi, Kenya.
During the visit, Guttress learned about sustainable practices on the campus where most office are carbon-free.
He noted that single-use plastics have been banished from this compound.

Guterress said “when climate change is running faster than we are, everything must be done to defeat climate change.”
He urged people to use bicycles to contribute to curbing climate change.
At the end of the video, he said “these are ways to contribute to what is our major battle today in the world; namely defeating climate change and saving the planet.”
